All interior doors are standard with 4 3/4” wide stiles (2 3/8” backset) and are 1 3/4” thick. Thickness can be increased at customers’ request.

All exterior doors come standard with 5 1/2” wide stiles (2 3/4” backset) and are 2 1/4” thick. Thickness can be increased at customers’ request.

All interior doors come with a standard three year warranty.

All exterior doors come with a standard two year warranty.

All doors must be finished on all six sides within seven days of delivery. Failure to do so will render all warranties null and void.

All doors come standard with ball bearing hinges, and 10B (oil rubbed bronze) finish. Other finishes available at customer request.

• ALL DOORS are to be installed by others unless otherwise contracted.
• ALL DOORS are delivered unfinished unless otherwise contracted.
• ALL JAMBS are provided knocked down with some assembly required.
• ALL ENTRY UNITS are assembled.
• ALL GLASS is to be installed by others unless otherwise contracted.
• ALL DOORS and JAMBS are sanded to 180 grit. Minor touch-ups are required before staining or painting.

• ALL EXTERIOR DOORS come standard with an adjustable white oak threshold. Metal thresholds are available on request.
• ALL ART GLASS, leaded glass, and carved glass have limited warranties, which are discussed at time of purchase.
• ALL IRONWORK-HARDWARE-HANDLES in photos are built and made by others and are available through Swan River Door Company.
• ALL ENTRIES are custom to surroundings and size constraints, doors may not look the same in other applications.
